Did you know any one of our partner organizations can help you with spaying or neutering your dog or cat? It’s a win-win situation! For Izard County residents, this program is sponsored by Friends of Horseshoe Bend Animals and Izard County Animal Rescue Effort (ICARE). For Fulton and Sharp County residents, it is sponsored by The Martha Decker Memorial Fund for Animals and Stop the Cycle Spay/Neuter Assistance Group. If you receive a voucher from one of these organizations to spay/neuter your dog or cat AND you use that voucher to cover the cost of the procedure between April 1st and October 1st, 2023, not only will you be taking an important step towards responsible pet ownership, but you’ll also be eligible to enter our drawing for a chance to win a $100 gift card from Walmart!
