Welcome to the Martha Decker Memorial Fund for Animals

The Martha Decker Fund for Animals is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of animals in Izard, Fulton, and Sharp Counties of Arkansas. Our mission is to provide financial assistance for spaying, aid for sick or injured animals, and help for homeless dogs in finding homes.


We strive to promote animal welfare in our community by supporting responsible pet ownership, educating the public about animal care and rights, and advocating for the humane treatment of all animals.
